Create your first spreadsheet

This guide takes you from an empty account to a saved product spreadsheet.

1. Create the sheet

Open Spreadsheets, choose New spreadsheet, and give it a clear name. You can change the name later.

2. Add a product

Paste a full Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall or other supported marketplace URL into a new row. Choose the agent that should be used for its affiliate link.

3. Scrape and review

Select which fields to refresh—such as name, price, images or seller—then scrape the row. You can also scrape all rows from the spreadsheet toolbar.

If a marketplace blocks the request, keep the URL and enter the missing information manually. A partial result is not treated as complete data.

4. Save

Choose Save and wait for the success message. If cloud saving fails, your current browser state is left unchanged so you can retry.

5. Export or publish

• Export CSV or XLSX for a traditional spreadsheet.
• Connect Google Sheets for a cloud export when your plan includes it.
• Publish a catalog to create a public finds website.
