Working with spreadsheets

A Repfolio spreadsheet stores product information and the agent-specific link used when the product is shared.

Product fields

Rows can contain a product name, source URL, price, currency, images, seller, category, brand, sizing and notes. Paid plans add fields and workflows such as ratings, tags, QC images and automatic category sorting.

Scrape selected fields

Use the scrape-field controls when you only want to refresh certain details. This prevents a scrape from replacing a name or note you intentionally edited.

Bulk actions

You can scrape all rows, change currency across multiple products and automatically categorize rows. Always review bulk results before publishing or exporting.

Saving

Saving writes the current rows and settings to your account. A successful save displays a confirmation. If an error is shown, do not refresh until you have retried or copied any important unsaved text.

Duplicate products

During import, Repfolio detects repeated source URLs. You can merge every duplicate, keep every duplicate, or make a decision for individual conflicts.
