Importing spreadsheets

Repfolio imports CSV and XLSX files and can read supported Google Sheets links.

Upload and map

1. Open Import and select a destination spreadsheet.
2. Upload the file or provide the Google Sheets URL.
3. Choose which source column represents each Repfolio field.
4. Review the detected rows and duplicate choices.
5. Commit the import.

Hyperlinks in Excel

An XLSX cell may display text such as “Link” while its actual destination is stored as a hyperlink. Repfolio reads the underlying hyperlink, not only the displayed text.

Required mapping

Map at least one column containing valid, complete product URLs. You can map other columns to name, price, QC, notes, category, brand and sizing.

Google Sheets access

The sheet must be accessible through the URL you provide. Private sheets may require you to connect your Google account and grant access to files created or selected for Repfolio.
